Tottesund is a village in the municipality of Vörå in Ostrobothnia, Western Finland. It is located on a peninsula that forms the former municipality of Maxmo in the northernmost part of the peninsula. The area includes Tottesund Manor, former home to Maxmo Municipal Office, and Nabben Marina, which houses a guest harbor with a restaurant. Far to the north, the Öjskasta Bridge connects Tottesund to the Maxmo archipelago. The name Tottesund comes from Count Clas Åkesson Tott Jr., who in 1660 built the Tottesund Manor.
